With a background and degree in Psychology, Sustainability, Marketing, and certifications in Positive Psychology and Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership, 

I'm a skilled + certified coach with expertise in fostering regenerative growth and evolution. I've published 2 guided journals, hosted 2 podcasts, led impactful retreats, and supported thousands of women to build, grow, and scale successful businesses across sectors. 

Alongside building two multi-6-figure businesses, I've cultivated a vibrant community of female founders, establishing myself as a leading innovator and experienced coach in the industry.

I founded WMNûp to disrupt the coaching industry and fill the gap in meaningful leadership and entrepreneurial skill-building for women, fostering a truly supportive community and ensuring they are well-resourced. Our approach is innovative, intimate, intentional, and integrous, focusing solely on what women on the rise need to evolve without unnecessary extras, and prioritizing what's important.

Since launching my coaching + consulting practice as a personal brand in 2014, my aim has been to cultivate a business that's not only sustainable and fulfilling, but also a genuine reflection of my mission and multidimensionality. 

I've consistently focused on raising women up through the transformative strength of community and mutual support among women leaders. In today's world, these connections are crucial (and often lacking in depth) for bridging the gaps that limit us, helping us to overcome both the internal and external barriers to our success.
